Please click here for instructions from Mozilla on how to clear your cache and unnecessary browsing data. Below is a copy of those instructions for ease of access:
Click the menu button and choose History.
Click “Clear Recent History”
In the window that appears select “Everything” from the Time range to clear box.
Click the V arrow to the left of “Details” in the lower portion of the window.
Place a check mark on the following options:
- Cookies and website data
- Offline Website Data
- Cache
- Cookies
Then click on the “Clear Now” button in the lower right of the window. Once that is done, please try to load the application again.
