Once you are sure you have the latest version, you can clear your cache and unnecessary browsing data with these instructions:
Click on the gear in the upper right hand corner or the browser to access the settings menu
Point at “Safety”
A new menu will extend from the “Safety” option. Click on “Delete browsing history.”
Place a check mark on the following options:
- Temporary Internet files and website files
- Cookies and website data
Then click on the “Delete” button in the lower right of the window. Once that is done, please try to load the application again.
