Please click here for instructions from Google on how to clear your cache and unnecessary browsing data. Below is a copy of those instructions for ease of access:
Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. The menu symbol is represented by 3 horizontal bars in the upper right hand corner.
Select Tools.
Select Clear browsing data.
Within the “Clear browsing data” window, place a check mark next to the following:
- Clear browsing history
- Clear download history
- Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
- Empty Cache
Click Clear browsing data.
Then click on the “Clear Browsing Data” button in the lower right of the window. Once that is done, please try to load the application again.
